Harvested from the majestic palm trees  that can be found swaying gracefully in Africa, the Caribbean, South and Central America and Asia, they are truly universal in every way and sadly so under utilised by many in western society. For centuries our friends in the Sub Continent, Pacific Islands and the Tropics have used coconut oil not only as a healthy addition to cooking and culinary dishes but also to moisturise their hair and soften their skin.
