Pictures of celebrities, models and figures in the public eye filter into our daily lives from every conceivable angle possible.  As we open the daily papers on our morning commute, we are bombarded not only with the images staring at us from the pages below, but also from the advertising boards, fellow passengers' magazines and video reels that grace the station walls as we ascend the escalators, only to exit by the age-old newspaper vendor who is carefully positioned in from of the mega branded multi brands who pride themselves on their innovative and enticing window displays.  There is simply no escaping the perception of image and how we should ideally conform in order to achieve significant status, that will surely be to our benefit and allow us to stand out in the crowd which we are currently engulfed in.
